Middlebury Arbor Day Celebration

Check out multiple activities, sponsored by the Middlebury Tree Committee, happening at 3 locations in downtown Middlebury to celebrate Arbor Day 2023! There will be FREE children/family activities at the Ilsley Library starting at 10 a.m., including a reading of Dr. Suess’s The Lorax followed by a Make-Your-Own Nature Journal activity.

Look for the Middlebury Tree Committee’s information table at the Middlebury Natural Food Co-op’s Green Up Day event from 12-3 p.m. FREE tree seedlings will be given out while supplies last!

Sparrow Art Supply has an ongoing show (March 24-May 13), “A Celebration of Trees,” that features tree-inspired art from 80 different artists. The gallery is open from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays.
