School Board Unification Becomes Reality! The results are in, and the vote was affirmative in all of our towns to form a unified school district, Addison Central School District (ACSD)! Below are the results from each town and the board makeup (specific membership coming after official votes come in from all towns):

I have enjoyed Minibury since it’s inception. It has been a great resource for posting information about everything from school events to summer camp ideas. I do find the recent postings about Act 46 a bit subjective. Providing information is helpful as it was and remains confusing but declaring it a success is a departure from your mission in my mind.
Emily — thank you for your comment. As stated in our previous post on the subject, MiniBury sees district unification as the best option given the difficult choices at hand. Our personal opinion reflects a deep love of childhood education and our Vermont community. Our mission is to improve the lives of women, families and our community, we believe that supporting unification furthers that mission.
