What’s better than beer, cheese, & wine? When all of them are from one great place and in one great place, Vermont! Don’t miss the Midd Summer Festival tomorrow August 4 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
The Midd Summer Festival is an annual event that is organized by the Better Middlebury Partnership and is a celebration of Vermont Beer, Wine, and Cheese. The event attracts residents and visitors to Vermont into downtown Middlebury to sample and purchase Vermont made products, listen to music, socialize, and have a great time! In addition, all of the proceeds of the event benefit three great Vermont non-profit organizations.
The 2011 festival drew over 1,700 attendees who enjoyed great Vermont beers, wines, ciders, cheeses, and music! The event generated nearly $14,000 in support to the Vermont Food Bank, the Addison County Firefighters Association, and The Better Middlebury Partnership.
Visit their website for advanced ticket sales (discounted!) and more info.
Other fun things happening tomorrow include the Bristol farmer’s market, car seat inspections in Hanniford’s plaza and at the Middlebury Volunteer Ambulance (apt. needed).
Plus don’t forget about the Grassroot Soccer tournament happening on Sunday.
Enjoy your weekend and let us know if we missed something!
