Vermont Sun Triathlon (July 20 and August 10) is a 600-yard swim, 14-mile bike and 3.1-mile run. (Sprint Tri)
Lake Dunmore Triathlon (August 10) is a .9 Mile Swim, 28 mile Bike and 6.2 mile Run. (Olympic Tri)
Registration for both races starts at 6:45 a.m. race starts at 8:00 am.
