A colorful fun run to benefit MUMS

Last year’s inaugural Color Fun Run was such a success, the middle school has decided to open it up to the public this year!

Come out to Middlebury Union Middle School this Saturday, Oct. 28, for a morning of crafts, games, music, T-shirt decorating, face-painting, a bubble party (weather dependent), and the fun run (which includes an optional dash through cornstarch color).

Last year students embarked on a 2-mile jaunt beginning and ending on the MUMS campus. It provided participants with a lot more than exercise, though. Students passed by four separate stations to be doused with copious doses of colorful corn starch.

This year’s run will have a staggered start at 10 a.m., but festivities get going earlier, at 9 a.m.

$5 suggested donation at the event. You can also make donations online here.

No need to register, just show up!
