Do you you need affordable drop-in child care?
Single Mom Launches National Parental Leave Project
Starting July 1st Bridget Gosselin will be providing child care for families in Middlebury as part of a fundraiser for the Parental Leave Project. Bridget holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Vermont. Prior to launching the Parental Leave Project, she spent two years raising her daughter while working as a Needs Analysis and Program Evaluation Consultant from home. Bridget has over 9 years experience as a child care provider. Through donations and investments, the Parental Leave Project provides families with 60% of their projected financial need. This enables families who lack adequate family leave benefits a solution for taking time to build a great family foundation. Currently, the Parental Leave Project is equipped to provide 1,200 families with parental leave assistance. Families interested in applying may do so at www.parentalleaveproject.com
All proceeds will be donated to the Parental Leave Project, a nonprofit dedicated to providing financial assistance to families during parental leave.
