Buttolph Halloween Road Closures
October 31 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The Town of Middlebury is moving forward with a one-year pilot of temporary traffic restrictions in the Buttolph neighborhood during peak trick-or-treating hours on Saturday, October 31, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. The goal is to reduce vehicle traffic and improve pedestrian safety in a neighborhood that welcomes hundreds of children and families each Halloween.
