Macroinvertebrates provide us with fascinating clues about stream health! Come along for a 1.5 mile hike to see how many different stream macroinvertebrates we can find, and view a beautiful waterfall! Hike is moderate and includes some light scrambling. Wear close-toed shoes and bug spray, and be prepared to wade in a stream!
Hike will meet at Branbury State Park entrance station – park entry fee is $5. Email hike leader Jill at firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up.
The Green Mountain National Forest is providing free outdoor programs and guided hikes throughout the fall! Be on the lookout for events through September and in to mid-October.
