Just curious….where does the money go from the cocoa hut in Middlebury? Is it 100% charitable? Are tips taken by workers? Just wondering if it is lucrative enough to apply for a permit to sell holiday snacks in Middlebury, if the Middlebury better business can do it why can’t anyone else? Also irritated about all the litter from overflowing trash that ends up in the river from Foodaroo, warming hut, Midd night stroll, is it worth the pollution?
