Kids Yoga class @ Brandon Yoga Center

This class combines inviting movements, songs and relaxation techniques. Poses and activities quickly become familiar favorites and are repeated to encourage mastery. New poses and activities are introduced to stimulate and challenge toddlers to build developmental skills such as turn taking, counting and picture recognition and gross motor skills such as jumping, balancing and body awareness.

Kids ages 2-6, caretakers/ babies welcome (sun room for baby play)
