Reading Frederick Douglass

Gather at Rokeby Museum for the annual public reading of “What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?” delivered by Douglass in 1852. Rokeby Museum will provide sections of the speech, and community members are asked to join the reading. No pre-registration is required.
