Interested in Cross Country Skiing or Snowshoeing as a family? Participate in Winter Trails®, a FREE, nationwide event held at many of Vermont Nordic resorts.
Winter Trails offers children and adults new to snow sports the chance to try snowshoeing and cross country skiing, and to discover the great fitness and social benefits with these easy-to-learn winter sports. Receive a free trail pass and participate in one of Rikert Nordic Center’s mini clinics offered at 10:30 and 1:30. Need gear – Rikert has rental skis and snow shoes available!
New this year, Winter Trails moves from a one day event to a month long celebration of cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Look here for a participating center near you.
