Oh my, there’s a lot going on around here this weekend.
Friday night the Middlebury Panthers Men’s Hockey team faces off against Wesleyan at 7:00. The team will be sporting camouflage uniforms in support of the Wounded Warrior Project. The speciality jerseys will also be worn during their Saturday game against Trinity. The game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off via silent auction throughout the games and can be picked up following Saturday’s game. The team is hoping to raise funds and awareness for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Saturday there are two great fairs going on. Locally check out the Health and Wellness Fair at the American Legion that the Aurora School is hosting. Expect to find lots of yummy, healthy snacks, information about local health and wellness classes, activities and businesses, as well as an indoor bounce house and a raffle with fabulous prizes! If you’re headed north or looking for summer camps, be sure to stop by the KidsVT Summer Camp and School Fair. Representatives from 50+ camps and schools from all over Vermont and beyond will gather to present detailed information and communicate directly with parents and kids about their upcoming programs. Don’t forget to save some energy for Saturday night, there’s another great DJ Skate Night happening at the Memorial Sports Center.
And Sunday…well we all know what’s happening Sunday. Debating what to cook up for the big game? Here are two of our favorite (easy) recipes:

This is SO good! Trust us. If you’re making it for kids, ease off the Chipotle Powder (we used about 1/2 tsp). The Co-op has ground Chipotle Powder in the bulk spice area.
