update from Middlebury Parks and Rec Department:
We are sorry to announce that Sportacular, scheduled during Winter Break has to be cancelled due to lack of sign-ups – we only had 12 registered participants and in order to book buses, admissions, etc., we have to have at least 30 kids registered. We know this will cause a hardship for some parents. SO….we are considering offering a morning Arts & Crafts Class, 9 am – NOON followed by a sports camp, 1 – 4 pm.
If parents are not able to pick their child(ren) up at 4 pm, there will be supervised open gym from 4 – 5 pm. The cost would be $35/day or $150 per week. Arts and Crafts projects will go home with your child – a real bonus!
We need to know by Wednesday, February 11, in order to make this plan work. Please let us know ASAP. Open to ages 6 – 12 years old.
