ski free in March!

03.02.2015 By: Eliza, MiniBury Founder

IMG_8565Ski or Ride FREE in March

Despite all signs to the contrary, we’ve made it through the worst of the winter weather and spring is coming! Now it’s time to get out and enjoy the best part of winter – sunny skies, mild temps and awesome spring skiing conditions! Plus if you buy at 2015-2016 season pass at the Snow Bowl now you can ski and ride FREE for the month of March. For more details call 802-443-SNOW (7669) or go to the Snow Bowl website.

Also don’t forget that the Wonder Carpet hill is open to anyone for FREE anytime! Yup, no need to buy a ticket if you just plan to use the carpet hill. Seriously, how many times have you decided not to go skiing with the kids because deep down you know it’s going to a 2o minute battle to get them dressed, 10 minutes of sweating buckets hiking up the hill (with them most likely in your arms), and 5 minutes of actual skiing before they ask you for a hot chocolate break… and all theIMG_8812 while you’re thinking, “I paid for this?!” Well fear not, now you’ve got help from a wonderfully simple lift that will increase skiing time and decrease the sweating bullets and whining time. How great is that?! Insider tip: if you show up and the carpet isn’t running, stop by the ticket window and ask when they plan to open it up; often times they are just wanting for customers!

True confessions of a MiniBury family, “our favorite part of skiing is the end result…exhausted kids.”

Eliza, MiniBury Founder

Hello, I’m Eliza. I founded MiniBury in 2012 because I had a hunch that I wasn't the only parent in Addison County missing fun family friendly events. I love the challenge of finding and sharing information about our community to other parents.
