Have you signed up for this event yet? Fear not, there’s still time to join in the fun and raise money for HOPE, a local anti-poverty agency.
Plus, they’ve added an exciting new twist to the day; a ski RACE at the Snow Bowl. If you’ve never raced before, don’t worry, snowplowing is completely acceptable and the scoring system allows all level of racers to score points for their team.
Need more incentive to get out there? The winning team (3-6 racers) will get SIX lift tickets to Okemo Mountain! Oh and did we mention the prizes??? All participants are eligible for raffle items and prizes including new Fischer alpine and nordic skis, a night at Trapp Family Lodge, six day passes to Okemo, tickets at Bolton Valley, Stowe, Killington, Catamount Family Cross Country Ski Center, Craftsbury Outdoor Center and many other great Vermont ski resorts!
This event takes place on Sunday, February 24 (this weekend!) at Rikert and the Snow Bowl from 10-2. It’s $20 to register or $40 for families. Just for registering the first 100 will receive a sweet Burton beanie and an opportunity to win amazing prizes from Vermont resorts.
