Cards for All Kids Party

Come to a party for Bixby’s new library card policy — anyone, birth to age 300, can get a free library card if they live in the five towns of Addison, Ferrisburgh, Panton, Vergennes & Waltham. Prizes, cake and refreshments. Pre-register by emailing Rachel Plant.
