Dakin Farm Sugar on Snow

Dakin Farm will host their annual spring maple events at their Ferrisburgh and South Burlington locations. The events will take place March 16 and 17 and March 23 and 24 to celebrate the arrival of spring sugaring and the year’s newest crop of pure maple syrup.

Guests will have the chance to indulge in delicious maple treats and activities, including:

• Free samples of maple syrup, ham, bacon, cheese & more
• Free balloons
• Boiling demonstrations by noted maple experts( Ferrisburgh location)
• Live music with Banjo Dan & Willy/Bob Degree & The Bluegrass Storm)(Ferrisburgh location)
• A taste of this year’s newest crop of pure Vermont maple syrup over spring snow or ice cream
• All you can eat Pancake breakfast with mouth-watering pancakes, bacon and sausage.(Ferrisburgh location)
• Other delicious maple treats, including a sausage hoagie cooked in sap or a bowl of our very own maple chili for lunch!Ferrisburgh location)
