Dancin’ with my Baby

Get out and get fit! Bring your little one along while you dance, do targeted toning, and stretch. This is the class for you if you want to improve your strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. We’ll be listening to rock, reggae, pop, hip hop, salsa, funk, disco, house, reggaeton…you name it! All caregivers welcome.

Age: 6 weeks – Preschool

Tuesdays 10:30-11:45am
Fridays 9:30-10:45am and 10:45-12:00pm

Location: Windancer Movement Center in the MarbleWorks, Middlebury. This is next to where Waterfront Video used to be, between American Flatbread and the new Otter Creek Yoga.

There will be a class available for toddlers upon request.
