Veterinary/rescue dog talk in Vergennes.Saturday, July 16, 10:30-11:30 a.m., Bixby Memorial Library. Dog trainer, veterinary technician and “mom” to a special-needs dog Emily Lewis will bring her “tri-pawd” rescue pal Fisher to this talk, which focuses on pet care, therapy dogs, and more. Pet-themed book sale (with free pet books) at the library from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
