Join a free, guided, family-friendly hike led by professional guides and outdoor educators. Dress for the weather and bring snowshoes, if the snow is deep. Bring beverages and snacks. Dogs are welcome on leash unless otherwise noted. No need to register.

Bomoseen State Park: Guide Caitlin Gates, a Vermont State Park interpreter, will meet hikers at the park entrance at 1 p.m. Hike will be 1+ hour on easy terrain.
Button Bay State Park: Guide Ron Payne, from the Otter Creek Audubon Society, will meet hikers at the park entrance at 9 a.m. Hike will be 3 hours on easy terrain.
Taconic Mountain Ramble State Park: Guide Alyssa Bennett, a bat biologist, will meet hikers at the Hubbardton Battlefield parking lot on Monument Hill Road at noon. Hike will be 2-3 hours on easy/moderate terrain — followed by freshly baked cookies!
