Juniper Creative Art Class

In preparation for our Expressions of Color Art Gallery, Addison Central Teens will be hosting a one day art class for youth of color (ages 12-18) to create pieces for the gallery, in a welcoming space where they can connect with one another and feel free to fully express themselves.

The class will be taught by Juniper Creative’s Will Kasso Condry and Jennifer Herrera Condry.

The day will be split into two sections with the first focusing on individual self portrait work, and in the second section the participants will work together to create a collaborative piece. Participants will also have the opportunity to have their portraits taken by Juniper Creative’s photographer, Alexa Herrera Condry. These photographs will also be entered in the gallery.
