Poetry of Nature Virtual Walk-Along for Kids

Do you love stories and being outside? Do you love reading, writing, singing or drawing? All kids have a story to tell and a poet inside just waiting to come out and play. Come along with JC, your poet adventure guide, on a fun 1-hour walk at a pop-up surprise location somewhere in the USA to play with seeing, smell, sound, touch, feel, (taste?) like the poets do and write, draw, sing or speak an “add-a-letter” poem that you create inspired by our walk. Who knows what we’ll find — maybe baby snakes and a colorful turtle like our last walk? That’s the adventure! GREAT FOR HOMESCHOOLING FAMILIES. This event is free, donations of $5 for kids, $25 for adults appreciated. Appropriate for all ages, but especially kids 5-11. Registration required for Zoom link.
