Pre-School Music, Movement & Mindfulness Hour
Through music, movement, and play, this one hour class will provide pre-schoolers ages 3-5 years old, with opportunities to improve listening skills, motor skills, balance and posture. It will promote self-regulation, compassion toward others, and ways to manage stress. Different breathing techniques and yoga poses will be introduced as tools, to focus, and to improve confidence and self-esteem. It is also fun!
