Poses and activities quickly become familiar favorites and are repeated to encourage mastery, while new poses and activities are introduced to stimulate and challenge your little ones! This class will help to build developmental skills such as turn taking, counting and picture recognition and gross motor skills such as jumping, balancing and body awareness.
