TaeKwonDo for Toddler & Preschoolers

Learn traditional TaeKwon Do techniques, including self-defense and board breaking, while improving your flexibility, strength, cardio, self-control, and self confidence.  All classes are taught family style so parents and children or mixed aged siblings can train together.

Tuesdays at 9:30 – 10:15 on

11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 and 12/15

Register for whole session through the Middlebury Recreation Department

or drop in for  $6 per parent/child team.
