Now that the kids are back to school and the farmer’s markets are overflowing with delicious produce, we’ve been cooking up a storm. Here’s what we’ve been loving lately:

Pumpkin Gnocchi: Huge crowd pleasure! We skipped the final step and just added sprinkled parmesan cheese for special dinner treat. *Gluten-free families, we make them with GF all-purpose flour and they came out great:
