With so many things to do and places to be, we’re not even sure where to go on Saturday!
Personally, we’re torn between heading north to the Shelburne Farms 35 Annual Harvest Festival – admittedly it’s going to be a zoo, but it’s arguably their best event of the year, packed with every imaginable kid friendly activity – or sticking around town and trying to jam in as many of the following as possible:
- Hockey Registration: a must for all families that want to participate in MAHA this year, plus it’s registration for Learn to Skate programs for 4-7 year olds.
- Middlebury Farmer’s Market: swing by and pick up a weeks worth of fresh produce, plus goods for your pantry and crafts for your home.
- Flea Market at Town Hall Theater: one stop shopping for fabulous finds!
- Harvest Fest at the Middlebury Coop: live music, free food, plus fun for kids, yes please!
Don’t forget to hit the TAM Trek on Sunday, it’s a great way to get your family moving and support our local trail network. There will be races of the full TAM (about 16 miles), half TAM (8 miles), quarter TAM (4 miles), and perhaps a Pint (2 miles) and Half-Pint (1 mile) as well. Lots of prizes to win and fun for all participants!
