Caetlin Harwood, an Addison resident with two small children, is hoping to spread extra holiday cheer this year. Caetlin provides personal home care for local families, but this December she is partnering with the John Graham Emergency Shelter in Vergennes to host a toy drive to benefit all the children being serviced by the shelter.
